Choose your destination first

Set your shopping country before reviewing a bag. Product eligibility, delivery services and any available shipping offer can depend on the destination. Changing a destination does not automatically convert the displayed currency.

Review the complete amount

Look for the shipping charge and any information about duties or taxes in the final order review. The product subtotal alone is not the complete delivered cost.

A free-shipping message or promotion should be checked against its current country, order-value and eligibility conditions.

Make your address delivery-ready

Use the recipient name and address format expected by the destination postal service. Check the apartment or unit, city, postal code and country before continuing.

Use a complete street address and any required unit or building details.

Keep the recipient name consistent with any local delivery or customs requirements.

After you place an order

Keep your order confirmation and use your order details as the starting point for updates. A dispatch notice and tracking information, when available, are different from an order confirmation.

If an update needs clarification, contact OMB with the order number and destination. Please avoid sharing payment-card information.

If a parcel needs attention

For a missing, delayed or damaged parcel, keep the tracking information, packaging and any clear photographs of the issue. Contact us before discarding the packaging so the next step can be explained.
